Under the snow

Montreal is his first down of snow and the storm slows down the frantic pace of city life. Today, as I want to watch the spectacle of lights that illuminate the spectacle of the first snow squall of the year. This is a great opportunity to enjoy a walk to reconcile with the cold and winter.

I must admit to have been preoccupied with something else and not being able to immediately realize the beauty of the storm, calm and soothing charm, looming behind the lights that allow us to assess the blowing snow. At the sound of a chime that had caught in the wind, I had the opportunity to marvel at a very simple happiness, which is reminiscent of the Inukshuk, the mound of stones used by Inuit and Yupik peoples to guide the road travelers. This is also a symbol for which the Anchor Youth, the community organization for which I work, gave the following statement: "I went before you. You're on the right path, trust in yourself and continue your path. " In short, a moment of calm in the tumult of life, we often embark from behind in a swirl endlessly.

I put on my boots so now, treading foot snow that has space for a moment, quieted a spleen. As the Beatles say, "Let it Be."
