A slice of pizza

Dear readers,

has long waited I ecstatic loudly over a dish of my culinary design, but my last pizza deserves a little digression. Nothing too complicated, moreover, a homemade pasta, fresh thyme, tomato sauce, pieces of property records Coppa, a little garlic, peppers, mushrooms, zucchini and red onions, all covered with a generous layer of Gruyere and Edam. In a childlike simplicity, the biggest challenge is to wash the dishes after having arranged the ingredients. With mushrooms and zucchini sautéed in butter, offers the quintessential dining at the palace, in a form complex, harmonious and perfect symbiotic balance. Something to drool the gourmet in you!
